Let's give this a shot.

I wasn't so sure about creating a blog when we moved abroad, but now I find myself with a bunch of great photos from many fun times and new experiences. The time feels right to house them all in one spot and stop spamming everyone on the socials. I'm generally flaky and/or regretful about keeping a journal, but I'll try my best to make a record of this grand adventure. I wonder if I'll have the staying power to keep up with it.

Anywoo, we love all the things most travelers love: food, art, culture, cool buildings, historical trivia, walking a million miles exploring offbeat neighborhoods, taking in beautiful views, laying around in lovely places, all the standards. We also take every opportunity to sample local delicacies and drink fancy cocktails in hotels we can't afford. If there's a ferry nearby, we're definitely taking it somewhere. That's the law.
